My Loan Fee is limited to 1% on the first $417,000 borrowed - regardless of how far your loan may exceed $417,000!
Competitive and reputable bankers and brokers typically collect a 1% loan fee on the entire loan amount - borrow $500,000 and pay a $5,000 loan fee, borrow $600,000 and pay them a $6,000 loan fee, borrow $800,000 and pay them an $8,000 loan fee. The point is, at this time, my loan fee will not exceed $4,170.00! This "capped loan fee" feature is unheard of within the mortgage industry and not likely to be duplicated by my competitors. Mortgages exceeding $417,000 are referred to as "Jumbo" loans;
therefore I consider myself Big Jim, "King of the Jumbo." More about services
